How to play WoW drunk without being noticed
We've all had that conversation with our parents when we were younger when we get in late "Goood evenninng parantals, I amm goinng to my room I shalls see you both in the morrow. Night Nighty". Where we think we were extremely cool and that they didnt notice we'd normally get a quick slap in the morning and no sympathy when they saw us extremely ill.
Now we're older, and have this World of Warcrack addiction and are all able to go down the shops and buy it ourselves LEGALLY ^_^ but there are occasions when those two worlds collide and we drink and play WoW. Which ofcourse can lead to trouble, especially if its a raid night.
Well, it will probably have a lot to do with your raid leader at the time. Ususally though the reaction would be "OMG, wtb a sub"
So how do you do it?
Well, could do the no drinking thing...no thats a stupid idea ^_^ so lets look at our options:
1. Envoke a right of silence on raids. No mic = no sounding drunken, no /ra = no ...hic! Thats the cheapest alternative but wont get you out of the "your not heals/dps/tanking properly" moans!
2. Attempt good old fashioned parent "im not drunk" speech...I mean theres a likelihood that noone will notice the difference. To ensure this method works though you would have to play the part of the village fool for the few weeks previously so it appears to have no difference in temperment.
3. When you apply to the guild you specify your alcoholism, then they cant discriminate.
4. Blame the imp, drac, droumps, whoever; they got u drunk...honest.
5. Deny everything
6. Blame the others for not doing their jobs
7. Blame the cologne of bodo, boy thats distracting
8. LAG anyone?....oh, we wiped...
9. wtb more mouse batteries
10. button bashing, works for most dps classes...
Personally I find...you know what :D no. 5 works a treat. However, behave responsibly, drink to your hearts content and be merry ^_^ wheeeeeeeeee now...where did I put my bottle of Siglo...
To Those We've Loved and Lost and Our New Arrivals
Its been a hectic few months and unfortunately the period has seen the loss of some awesomeness. We've shared a few fond farewells to our fair share of members over the Christmas period and we wish them bon voyage and pob lwc!
We have also go to welcome some new arrivals, that are extremely bouncy and just as awesome. /wave and some pob lwc to you too!
And perhaps to our most amazing of new arrivals, grats Drac and family ^_^ Im sure over the next coming weeks we will all raise our glasses with you and welcome Addison to the world. And ofc, pob lwc to you all too ^_^
Car Registrations....against MMO's
You read it here first, Destra and I were in complete amazement when we saw a licence plate that just had no regard for our wowcrack addiction. I mean, the car didnt even suit the plate....

Which goes to the question, how much do we look at registration plates and see something WoW. We talked about how LFG was a common licence plate sighting, but how others look at you with the "what you talkin'bout fool?" look when you mention it.
