important changes to nightfall recruitment

hi :) nightfall members have voted on some significant changes to the recruitment system every applicant goes through, these are designed to filter the applicants down so we get fairly active members who will make a real contribution to the guild - and are friendly, fit in with the rest of the guild.

once you are invited to the guild for a 2 week trial you have to get 10 votes from full guild members in order to become a full member yourself (i.e.. pass the trial period) if you fail the trial ( don't get 10 yes votes) your application will be terminated and your character removed from the guild

some tips for potential applicants
the applicant who joins guild groups always passes
the applicant who forms/posts guild groups gets a lot of respect from the rest of the guild

the applicant asking for more than their fair share of help will fail
