I met someone of your guild tonight, and I wish to join. I'm a vet from daoc and eq2 and doing lots of things there. gave up on eq2 but still doing a bit in daoc. I'm just looking for a bunch of friendly people.

Playing daoc for two years now, on and off, my guild there is the best guild experience I had so far, that is why I keep returning to that game. We tried to reform the guild in eq2 but eq2 does not allow the playstyle we all have and the guild at eq2 kinda collapsed.
Lately in august me and my wife returned to daoc and I restarted with a new account (gave away the lvl50's before), meanwhile I have a lvl50/ml3 now (heretic), but again the boredom of the game is returning, the game is old and it starts to feel like it. I will still participate in guild raids there and helping new people, meanwhile trying to sort out what kind of game WoW is. I was events officer and took care of new people to bring them to bg1. We are a bunch of friends (ingame as outgame, since a few meets allready happened) and few will do a trial too. But for many the high fantasy aspect of WoW is not really attractive. Mostly I do like most games (played planetside, eq2 and EVE online for mmogs) but the speed that it starts to bore me is more a measurement how good a game is for me.
